Home Health RN Branch Director, $10K Sign-on Bonus (Eligible)
About the role
The Branch Director reports to the Market Executive of Operations and works at CWHH Sandy Springs, GA branch location. The position is exempt and full-time with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring efficient, productive, and organized office functions that support a safe and compliant work environment aligned with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain financial, clinical, and operational leading and lagging indicators, managing to budget, and collaborate with Finance and Operations leadership to establish and achieve revenue and budget goals.
- Develop and implement strategic branch plans, performance action plans, and budgets that align with organizational objectives.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff, and monitor quality care and organizational performance.
- Hire, train, and manage Clinical Managers and back-office associates, providing ongoing supervision, support, and development to promote effective performance and high-quality care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and operational process adherence, including oversight of chart audits, timely billing, and continuous quality improvement initiatives such as quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction reviews.
- Oversee branch associate engagement, fostering a positive and safe work environment that promotes retention, productivity, and alignment with organizational values.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health care programs.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
- Home Health experience is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in management and people leadership.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing home health agency operations.
- Experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team.
- Competent in utilizing quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methodologies.
- Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, specifically Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (associate’s or bachelor’s) from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of OASIS (Occupational Standards for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities).
- Experience in fiscal management, including oversight of profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Ability to drive in various weather conditions.

Pay and Schedule
The compensation range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
