About the role
Serve as the local chief executive agent, leading the local provider(s) in delivering exceptional care to the community. Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring daily operational execution, managing services, personnel performance, and office management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee local operations to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Manage daily execution of operations, services, and personnel performance.
- Maintain ongoing office management and administrative oversight.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business (see company compliance policies).
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care operations.
- Must have intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Preferred Education and Experience
- A licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or a licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management and supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred.

- Florida: Must be administrator for only one agency, or manage up to five agencies within one geographic service area or immediate contiguous counties with identical controlling interest.
