About the role

The role involves serving as the local chief executive agent for the provider, leading operations, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
• Lead the local provider in better care for the community.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Ensure daily operations are executed.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or hold a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in health service administration.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation due to enforcement actions.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Must have intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• A licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or a licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management and supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
