What You’ll Do
- Operational Leadership: Lead the integration and professionalization of the firm's business practices.
- Process Standardization: Identify and implement consistent operational processes across departments.
- KPI Infrastructure: Help define practical, meaningful metrics and reporting systems that fit a high-value personal injury practice, improving visibility, accountability, and consistency without creating unnecessary administrative burden.
- Technology Integration: Assess and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve efficiency.
- Case Management & Data Hygiene: Standardize use of CloudLex, improve data entry consistency, and build reliable reporting so leadership can trust operational metrics.
- Marketing & Growth Support: Serve as a credible operational counterpart to marketing vendors, help leadership evaluate marketing investments and recommendations, and support growth initiatives tied to brand expansion and referral relationships.
- HR & Administrative Operations: Strengthen operational accountability, role clarity, and administrative workflows while partnering with internal staff on HR-related processes.
- Implementation Support: Learn the firm’s current operations, identify practical opportunities for improvement, and help turn agreed-upon initiatives into clear action plans with follow-through.

Onsite Role
This role is based onsite in the Long Island, NY market, with regular in-office presence expected.
