Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care and oversight of all health-related services
• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
• Establishes working relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, including interactions with residents’ healthcare providers
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Licensed or Registered Nurse
• Minimum of three to five years in home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position
• Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience

Pay

$95,000 - $110,000
