You'll Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered careLead, coach, and develop nursing managers and clinical staff through hiring, mentoring, performance management, and professional developmentPartner with physicians, therapists, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive careEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving continuous quality improvement initiativesMonitor clinical outcomes, staffing, and resident acuity to maintain safe, effective care deliveryServe as a trusted resource for residents, families, and team members, fostering strong communication and collaborationOversee admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring smooth transitions across the continuum of care What You Bring Active California Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)Current CPR certification3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing or post-acute careDemonstrated success leading, developing, and retaining nursing teamsStrong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and clinical best practicesExperience using electronic health records and clinical documentation systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills What’s in it for you?
