Director of Nursing (RN)

About the role

As the Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to enhance the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and oversight to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular assessments of resident care and develop plans to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
• Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies, medications, and other related expenses
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) nursing licensure in the state of Missouri
• Current/Recent nursing management/supervisory experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living or related setting
• No weight restriction assisting the care of our residents
• On-call and other duties required
