About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services.
- Conduct quality assessments and develop plans to improve care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal regulations.
- Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- A current RN license in Missouri.
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
