Director of Nursing (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services.
• Conduct quality assessments and develop plans to improve care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal regulations.
• Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• A current RN license in Missouri.
• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
