Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and oversight to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care and develop plans to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
- Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies, medications, and other related expenses
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks
Director of Nursing (RN) Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) nursing licensure in the state of Missouri
- Current/Recent nursing management/supervisory experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living or related setting
- No weight restriction assisting the care of our residents
- On-call and other duties required
