Holy Cross Hospital, in Silver Spring, is one of the largest hospitals in Maryland, and Holy Cross Germantown Hospital is the first hospital in the nation built on a community college campus, enhanced by an educational partnership. The Holy Cross Health Network operates primary-care practices and affordable health centers, and offers a wide range of innovative, community-based health and wellness programs. Specialty care, home care and hospice services round out Holy Cross Health’s high-quality and coordinated continuum of care that aims to improve health and let you live life on your own terms. Then EEO boilerplate etc. We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate, duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, application instructions (none). Also remove "About us" maybe? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. "About us" could be considered a section but not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing the role. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: the bullet list after "As a Director of Nursing, you will:" (Lead daily operations...). That's responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? That includes education, licensure, experience, certification, abilities. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe also same? But we should not duplicate. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Minimum Qualifications into either Requirements or Qualifications. Which one is more appropriate? Usually Requirements are mandatory; Qualifications are preferred. Here Minimum Qualifications includes required and preferred. Could treat as Requirements. We could also have a Qualifications section for preferred (Master's). But to avoid thin sections, we can put all under Requirements. - Skills: maybe we have "Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills." That's a skill. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: Position Highlights and Benefits includes benefits description. - Pay: Pay rate section. - Schedule: we have Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift. Also Employment Type: Full time. Could be Schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, mission statements? The "About us" paragraph is not in allowed headings, but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About us" is about the organization, not the role. The instruction says we can use headings only from the list. So we should not create an "About us" heading. Should we include that content anywhere? It's substantive but not fitting allowed headings. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't say we must discard content that doesn't fit headings; we could incorporate it into existing sections like About the role or Benefits? The "About us" is about the organization; maybe we can put it under About the role? But About the role is supposed to describe the role. However we could incorporate some of that into About the role as context. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot discard. So we need to include the "About us" info somewhere. Since we cannot create a heading not in list, we could incorporate it into an existing section like Benefits? Not appropriate. Maybe we can put it under About the role as a paragraph describing the organization, as it's relevant to the role. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings; we should not create other headings. So we must embed the "About us" content within one of those sections, perhaps as a paragraph under About the role or Benefits. Probably About the role is best: we can start with a paragraph about the organization then describe the role. We also have "Referral Rewards Program" etc. That's part of benefits. We also have "Work/Life balance with flexible schedules." That's schedule/benefits. We also have "Free onsite parking." That's benefit. We also have "Serve in a highly impactful leadership role..." etc. That's more about the role. We need to avoid duplication: there are duplicated lines like "Our mission and core values..." appears twice? Actually appears in Position Highlights and Benefits paragraph and also later in About us? Let's check: In Position Highlights and Benefits: "Our mission and core values are what drive each member of Trinity Health to support each other, communicate openly and respectfully while embracing a culture that nurtures a healing, safe environment for all." Then later in About us: "Holy Cross Health is a Catholic, not-for-profit health system...". Not duplicate. The mission sentence appears only once there. There's also later "Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values..." which is EEO boilerplate; we will remove. We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate: the paragraphs starting with "Holy Cross Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer." and "Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values..." etc. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe "Referral Rewards Program Serve in a highly impactful leadership role..." appears as a run-on sentence; we need to keep the content but fix formatting. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:
