Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care services
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
- Maintain communication with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience required
- Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience required
- Leadership and staff management experience required
- BLS certification preferred
