We are searching for a Director of Nursing to join our team at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon. Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Set and attain Nursing Department goals.
- Inspire the clinical team.
- Create and solve problems creatively.
- Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- 5 years of R.N. experience.
- Previous experience managing a department.
- Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
