Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and survey readiness programs.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Massachusetts (required).
- 3-5 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and staff development.
