Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing services within the facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain nursing staff
- Promote a positive culture focused on resident outcomes and employee engagement
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care
- Manage staffing, budgets, clinical programs, and operational goals
- Monitor infection prevention, risk management, and clinical compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centered care
