Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet patient needs.
• Ensure the facility maintains accreditation standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality.
• Manage daily operations to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN in this Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
