Director of Nursing (DON)

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing.
• Demonstrated experience in both skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
