Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the nursing department to ensure the highest level of care for residents.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain strong clinical outcomes and survey readiness.
- Monitor clinical programs, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in resident care planning and family communication.
- Drive a culture of compassion, respect, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Delaware (or eligibility for reciprocity).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and high-quality resident care.
