Director of Nursing (DON) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Illinois RN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of skilled home health nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS, state/federal guidelines, and accreditation standards
• Experience with EMR systems (Axxess preferred)
• Ability to provide sound clinical judgment and foster a collaborative team environment

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional travel to patient homes. Clinical and administrative responsibilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical duties when required.
