About the role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.

Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License
- Valid CPR Certification
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
- Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention
- Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations
