Responsibilities
- Monitor Tier 1 and intervention instruction primarily in science and secondarily in math
- Drive successful implementation of science and math curricula across Camden schools
- Ensure instruction aligns with research-based best practices in equitable science education
- Facilitate interdisciplinary learning connections between math and science for diverse learners
- Oversee continuous improvement of the science and math intervention strategies within NJSLS guidelines
- Collaborate with academic teams to unify academic rigor and student success
- Lead professional development for teachers and assistant principals in standards-based practices
Qualifications
- Proven track record of enhancing student learning outcomes through strategic planning
- Commitment to the company Schools mission and values
- Experience in designing interdisciplinary programs between math and science
- Strong background in coaching teachers and school leaders with a focus on instructional growth
- Extensive knowledge of state assessments and the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS)
- Content knowledge of science and mathematics with a focus on equity in instruction
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay
$111,000 – $125,500 annually
