Director of Multisite Operations
The Position
We are seeking a Director of Multisite Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our growing portfolio. This role will oversee multiple Directors and their respective sites, ensuring consistent performance, strong partner relationships, and scalable processes that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and managing multiple Directors across diverse sites, as well as overseeing operations at sites across multiple states.
- Developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
- Building and managing strong relationships with our business partners.
- Serving as a key escalation point for contact for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Overseeing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to ensure accountability across the portfolio.
- Prioritizing operations with long-term business goals.
- Negotiating vendor and partner agreements to optimize cost, value and outcomes.
- Driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes across sites.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Serving as a culture carrier, fostering collaboration, innovation, and open communication across teams.
What You Bring to Encompass
- 4-7 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven record of managing multi-site operations.
- Strong strategic outlook with the ability to anticipate challenges and create solutions that align with company objectives.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally.
- Proven ability to manage and develop leaders at the Director level.
- Excellent conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing partner network relationships.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in facilities management, operations leadership, or related service industries.
- Advanced knowledge of technology platforms, reporting systems, and performance management tools, including platform management tools for technology-enabled service delivery.
- Background working with large, distributed teams in a multi-site business model.
