Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing successful leadership to a team and developing people
- General business operations experience and financial acumen, desired
- Experience in service-oriented company, trades, or related industry, a plus
- Proficiency with technology (MS Office, especially Excel), required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
