On-siteManagementFull-time
About the Company If you are a hands-on healthcare operator who knows how to turn clinic-level execution into measurable results, this is a chance to become the operating leader for a growing Phoenix-area chiropractic and outpatient care platform. You will step into a founder-led environment where strong clinics already have real momentum, while other locations need sharper management cadence, clearer standards, better accountability, and a leader who can build the operating system for the next stage of growth. About the Role This is a field-based, onsite leadership role across multiple Phoenix-area clinics, including locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Gilbert. You will report directly to the Owner/CEO and serve as the day-to-day operating link between executive leadership, clinic leaders, providers, and front-line teams. The right leader will be visible in clinics, close to the numbers, close to the people, and comfortable moving between strategic operating design and practical execution. You will inherit a strong patient-centered culture in the best-performing locations, diagnose what is not working elsewhere, and create the structure, cadence, and accountability needed to scale. Responsibilities Multi-Site Clinic Operations Own day-to-day operations across Phoenix-area clinic locations.Build, refine, and enforce the operating playbook, SOPs, management cadence, dashboards, and clinic-level accountability routines.Identify operational gaps between high-performing and underperforming clinics and implement practical fixes.Standardize expectations while preserving a high-energy, patient-centered culture.Stay close to front-desk workflow, providers, and the patient journey. Revenue Cycle and Patient Operations Partner across billing, collections, denials, AR, charge capture, and payer-sensitive workflows.Strengthen front-desk processes affecting scheduling, conversion, patient experience, retention, and collections.Improve provider capacity, utilization, patient flow, and site-level productivity. Growth Readiness Build the management infrastructure needed for future locations.Create repeatable systems that scale without losing the local clinic feel.Solve operational problems directly and bring leadership clear recommendations. Qualifications Healthcare operations experience in a patient-facing environment.Direct multi-site operating authority across outpatient clinics or practices.Experience managing clinic managers, site leaders, or equivalent operational leaders.Measurable ownership of budgets, P&L, KPIs, revenue, staffing, scheduling, productivity, or four-wall performance.A track record of improving patient flow, provider productivity, conversion, retention, utilization, or clinic-level execution. The ability to coach people, set standards, enforce accountability, and improve team performance without losing warmth or trust.Comfort in a founder-led, growth-stage environment where some infrastructure still needs to be built.Motivation to be hands-on inside clinics rather than managing only through reports or corporate support teams. Required Skills Revenue-cycle fluency—including billing, denials, collections/AR, charge capture, front-desk execution, or payer-sensitive workflows—is highly valuable and will be evaluated in context rather than used as an automatic screen. Preferred Skills Chiropractic or musculoskeletal care experience is highly relevant, but strong operators from adjacent outpatient healthcare environments are encouraged to apply.Relevant backgrounds may include physical therapy, rehab, physician practices, dental, urgent care, behavioral health, fertility, and other ambulatory healthcare operations. The key is that you have personally owned the work: people leadership, site execution, measurable operating results, and the practical realities of running patient-facing clinics.
