Key Responsibilities
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Act as the main interface with the customers.
- Works with the VP of MRO to ensure customer schedules and expectations are met.
- Execute or assist in preparation and execution of copies of contracts and subcontracts, including exhibits and attachments; ensure all contract and subcontract auxiliary documents, such as insurance certificates and bonds, are provided.
- Manage change order process, e.g., work with Program Managers and Maintenance Admins to determine the need for change orders; negotiate, draft and secure signatures on change order.
- Participate in meetings related to contract formation and performance.
- Participate in marketing conferences and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Aviation, Business, Aerospace, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of proven experience selling aviation-related products or services.
- Demonstrated customer service, business development, sales, and marketing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Work Environment
- Typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exposure to loud noises including but not limited to airplane machinery and jet engines.
- Dress Code: Well-groomed appearance, adherence to department dress code.
- Travel: Often (35%) Between customer visits, conferences, and events.
