About the Role
This newly created, highly visible executive leadership role will lead Sabey's marketing function across Sabey Corporation and Sabey Data Centers. Reporting to the President of Sabey Corporation and partnering closely with the Consulting Media Expert, the Director of Marketing will drive business growth, strengthen market visibility, and build modern marketing capabilities. This is a build role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of Sabey's marketing organization by developing the team, programs, and operating model needed to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, adaptable, and energized by creating something new, embracing emerging technologies like AI-enabled marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise-wide marketing strategy across Sabey's core audiences, including hyperscale and enterprise customers, investors, government stakeholders, community partners, and current and future employees.
- Translate Sabey's approved Marketing & Communications strategy into a measurable operating plan, including channel strategy, content programming, audience targeting, campaign execution, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Serve as the senior marketing leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership on brand, growth, market positioning, and audience engagement.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to develop and scale account-based marketing programs targeting key hyperscale, enterprise, and AI infrastructure customers.
- Build and optimize demand generation programs that accelerate awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities across target accounts.
- Lead the execution of Sabey's always-on marketing initiatives, including executive thought leadership, video content, community engagement programs, and digital platform development.
- Establish and scale a high-performing content and video operation capable of delivering consistent, high-quality storytelling across channels.
- Build and lead a modern marketing organization, including hiring key talent, developing team capabilities, and evolving the operating model to support future growth.
- Guide planned organizational transitions while preserving institutional knowledge, maintaining team engagement, and supporting change management efforts.
- Develop and manage strategic agency, creative, technology, and production partnerships that expand marketing capabilities while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead the development of Sabey's AI-enabled marketing ecosystem, including marketing technology strategy, automation, attribution, content workflows, and governance standards.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, messaging frameworks, and creative systems that differentiate Sabey in competitive markets.
- Partner closely with Communications leadership to support executive visibility, community engagement initiatives, crisis response planning, and reputation management efforts.
- Own marketing performance measurement and regularly report business impact, pipeline influence, and strategic outcomes to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience leading growth, demand generation, brand, or go-to-market functions within complex B2B organizations.
- Demonstrated success building and leading multi-disciplinary marketing organizations spanning demand generation, content, creative, video, events, and marketing operations.
- Proven experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise-level buyers and strategic accounts.
- Experience leading modern marketing organizations that leverage data, technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive measurable business results.
- Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and influencing executive-level decision-making.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, analytics, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and operate effectively in evolving environments.
- Ability to translate technical, infrastructure, and business concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership teams and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $148,809 - $223,213.50, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus opportunity.
