Director of Marketing (Central London)
About the role
We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Marketing to join our leadership team at our London HQ. This role is an opportunity to build on strong foundations, evolve our brand, scale demand generation, and shape the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the wider leadership team to ensure marketing drives commercial outcomes across occupancy, revenue, customer retention, and brand recognition.
We want someone equally comfortable with brand strategy and performance marketing—SEO, conversion, CRM, and commercial metrics—who understands that exceptional marketing strengthens a premium brand while delivering measurable results. You’ll inherit a high-performing team and help shape our strategy in response to the rapid evolution of marketing, including AI and agentic search.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the marketing function to drive growth and commercial performance.
- Balance brand-building with demand generation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies for SEO, conversion, CRM, and pipeline growth.
- Shape marketing strategy in response to emerging trends, including AI and agentic search.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing with business goals (occupancy, revenue, retention, brand recognition).
- Inherit and further develop a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing leader, comfortable with both brand and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, conversion, CRM, and commercial metrics.
- Experience shaping marketing strategy in a rapidly evolving landscape (e.g., AI, agentic search).
- Ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes while strengthening a premium brand.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
