About the role
The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and web content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that meet or exceed budget and timeline constraints.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategy and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing multiple marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a closely related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
