You'll own how Made reaches creators, earns their trust, and turns them into people who can't imagine creating without it. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you do the work yourself now, and build the team as the momentum proves you right.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Made's marketing end to end: positioning, brand, website, social, and the story we tell the world.
- Find the wedge: the one thing creators get genuinely excited about and will change their routine for.
- Run a creator-first, organic motion: demos and tutorials as marketing, content-led growth, real community presence. We earn attention, we don't buy it with paid blitzes.
- Turn RHEI's creator relationships into design partners, proof, and word-of-mouth.
- Build your team: a content and social creator and a designer to start, more as you prove what works.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product positioning, onboarding, and what makes creators stick.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing, with the range to set the strategy and ship the work yourself.
- You're of the creator economy: you've worked at a creator tool, platform, creator-commerce, or creator-facing brand, and you get how creators actually discover and adopt new things.
- A builder, not a delegator. You'll personally write the homepage, cut the demo, and run the channels until there's a team to hand them to.
- A track record taking marketing from 0-to-1 at an early-stage company. Bonus points
- You've built a marketing function from scratch before.
- You're a creator yourself, or you have real standing and relationships in the creator world.
