We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Company description: Founded in 2016 with offices in Los Angeles (HQ), New York, and San Francisco, M13 is an early-stage (seed and Series A) venture capital firm that invests in visionary founders building disruptive software businesses. We are a full-stack partner with a deep bench of full-time operators to help you scale efficiently and build category-defining companies. We are hiring a Director of Marketing, to turn great ideas into even greater impact. From digital amplification to network and community building, this marketing leader will align and unify all our efforts — including events, content, and network engagement — into a single, robust strategy. M13 is looking to evolve from the emerging manager tier to establish itself as a leading venture capital firm. The Director of Marketing will work closely with senior leadership to align and execute a marketing strategy aimed at expanding the M13 network, enhancing our deal flow, and supporting our founders' success. The successful execution of this strategy will ensure founders, LPs, and GPs know who we are, what we stand for, and why partnering with M13 creates a competitive advantage. If you love blending strategy with creativity and love to build at the intersection of digital marketing and network and community engagement, this is your chance to make your mark. This role can be based in New York, NY or in Los Angeles, CA. - What you’ll be doing: list of duties. - What Success Looks Like: description of outcomes. - What you bring to the role: list of qualifications/skills. - What’s in it for you: benefits etc. - Closing: encouraging note. - About M13: EEO etc (should be removed as boilerplate). Also "Compensation Range: $190K - $210K" is pay info. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Closing:" paragraph? It's more of an encouragement note but not boilerplate; it's part of posting but maybe considered application encouragement? It's not instructions to apply, but it's a note encouraging underrepresented groups. Might be considered EEO? It's about encouraging applications; not strictly EEO but could be considered similar. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The "Closing:" paragraph is about encouraging applications if you don't meet every box; that's not EEO but it's a motivational note. Might keep? It's not a standard section heading; we could incorporate into "About the role" or maybe drop as it's not substantive? It's somewhat fluff but still part of posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Closing:" is not exactly application instructions; it's more of a note. I'd keep it as part of "About the role" maybe as a paragraph. We need to structure sections. Potential sections: - About the role (intro description) - Responsibilities (the "What you’ll be doing:" list) - Success metrics / What Success Looks Like (maybe as a section "What Success Looks Like" but we only have headings for predefined list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot create custom headings; we must use those exact headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: can include company overview and role purpose. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What you’ll be doing:". - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: we have "What you bring to the role:" which includes strategic marketing expertise, data-driven mindset, stakeholder alignment, network building, digital marketing & event expertise, communication skills, analytical style, venture/startup ecosystem knowledge. These could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to distribute. We have also "What Success Looks Like:" which could be considered part of Responsibilities? Or maybe we could put under "Requirements"? Not exactly. Could be considered as "What Success Looks Like" is outcomes; maybe we could treat as part of "About the role" or a separate section but we don't have a heading for that. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as expected outcomes. Benefits: we have "What’s in it for you:" includes One Team, One Dream (culture), Investment in Your Future (qualifications and level of impact?), 401(k) matching, Comprehensive Health Package, Open PTO Policy. Also maybe compensation range is Pay. Pay: we have compensation range $190K - $210K. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create a Schedule section if not present. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now we need to extract content and format as

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, "About M13" paragraph that includes EEO, also maybe "Founded in 2016..." is substantive; keep. We need to remove duplicated lines: I don't see duplicates. We need to remove application instructions: there is none explicit besides the "Closing:" encouragement; but that's not instruction to apply; we could keep as part of About the role. Now craft HTML. Let's draft:

    About the role

Founded in 2016 with offices in Los Angeles (HQ), New York, and San Francisco, M13 is an early-stage (seed and Series A) venture capital firm that invests in visionary founders building disruptive software businesses. We are a full-stack partner with a deep bench of full-time operators to help you scale efficiently and build category-defining companies. We are hiring a Director of Marketing to turn great ideas into even greater impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Learn, develop, and align our strategy: Gain a deep understanding of the marketing and networking priorities across the firm and partner with senior leadership to define, build and execute on a cohesive marketing and network strategy, ultimately gaining buy-in from partners across the firm.
    • Lead brand amplification: Oversee digital marketing (web, social, content distribution, SEO) and in‑person programming to tell the M13 story.
    • Own network growth: Build and nurture our network of founders, LPs, and GPs. Develop a network engagement plan and ensure regular touch points through events, Slack, newsletters, and other channels.
    • Events & network strategy: Coordinate with our events production team to deliver high‑impact IRL experiences that strengthen our ecosystem.
    • Data & AI integration: Work alongside M13’s technology team to track reach, engagement, and audience specificity, and explore AI‑powered tools to automate and scale network and marketing activities.
    • Cross‑functional collaboration: Provide clear communication and alignment across departments.
    • Prioritization & execution: Set clear KPIs and collaborate with our tech team on measurement systems. Make tough trade‑offs based on strategic goals, declining initiatives that don’t serve the vision. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on why decisions have been made. Measure progress and adjust tactics based on KPIs and feedback.
We could also include "What Success Looks Like" as part of Responsibilities or maybe as a separate section but we don't have heading. Could incorporate as a paragraph after responsibilities: "What Success Looks Like: ..." but that would be prose. Let's add a

    after the list.

What Success Looks Like: The firm is aligned around a shared marketing and network strategy, with clear and measurable objectives. Marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, and audience specificity) and network KPIs (network growth, focus, and engagement) are well-established, communicated, and met. M13’s increased brand reputation drives better deal flow, higher win rates, and effective investor relations. Marketing and Network impact and efficacy are measured objectively, and data is used consistently to refine tactics and demonstrate impact.

Now Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to split "What you bring to the role:" into these three sections. Let's parse: - Strategic marketing expertise: Demonstrated experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communications and brand strategies. - Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze key performance metrics and adjust marketing plans accordingly. - A knack for aligning stakeholders: Proven track record of aligning multiple stakeholders on a shared strategy and delivering large-scale projects end-to-end. - Network & network-building experience: Evidence of successfully building, growing, and maintaining professional networks or communities. - Digital marketing & event expertise: You're a proven integrated marketer with hands-on experience across paid, earned, owned, and event channels, plus comfortable using AI-powered tools to scale efforts. - Strong communication & collaboration skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to navigate relationships with senior partners and cross-functional teams - An analytical and adaptable working style: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires prioritization and the ability to say no to non-strategic activities; experience setting measurable KPIs and using data to refine tactics. - Venture/startup ecosystem knowledge: Deep understanding of the founder/venture ecosystem, with prior work in startups, venture capital, accelerators, or comparable environments. Strong preference for candidates who have done this work at an early stage startup - inheriting a brand and amplifying it from 1 to 10. We could assign: Requirements: maybe the core mandatory items: Strategic marketing expertise, Data-driven mindset, A knack for aligning stakeholders, Network & network-building experience, Digital marketing & event expertise, Strong communication & collaboration skills, Analytical and adaptable working style, Venture/startup ecosystem knowledge. Qualifications: maybe education? Not present. Could combine with Requirements. Skills: maybe specific skills like SEO, paid, earned, owned, event channels, AI-powered tools, KPI setting, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can split logically. Let's define: - Requirements: core experience requirements (strategic marketing expertise, data-driven mindset, stakeholder alignment, network building, digital marketing & event expertise, communication skills, analytical style, venture/startup knowledge). That's a lot; could be a list. - Qualifications: maybe education or certifications? Not present. Could skip Qualifications if no specific content. But we have "Strong preference for candidates who have done this work at an early stage startup - inheriting a brand and amplifying it from 1 to
