Job Details

  • Develop and execute omnichannel brand strategy — identifying where to play and how to win across retail, digital, and HCP channels
  • Lead the annual operating plan and long-range strategic roadmap for your portfolio
  • Own the brand P&L and manage budgets to maximize impact and efficiency
  • Drive content and campaign development — from agency briefs to final execution
  • Design compelling product assortments with best-in-class PDPs, SEO strategies, and feature/benefit messaging
  • Build consumer and HCP promotional strategies including digital promotions, packaging, and pricing incentives
  • Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and translate insight into action
  • Lead, coach, and grow a talented marketing team — with an eye toward developing future leaders

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience
  • BS/BA in marketing or related field (MBA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
  • Proven track record in building and executing innovative marketing strategies that move the needle
  • Strong digital fluency — experiential platforms, social, ecommerce, influencer — you know the landscape
  • Agency management experience and comfort leading cross-functional teams
  • A data-curious mindset and the instinct to turn consumer insights into compelling brand stories

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
