Director of Marketing
About the role
Coryell Health is a growing, full-service health system based in Gatesville, Texas, serving communities across Central Texas. We offer far more than a typical rural hospital — surgical services, advanced imaging, specialty and primary care, therapy, EMS, and senior living — with clinics in Gatesville, Waco, Temple, Goldthwaite, Copperas Cove, Moody, and McGregor, and a new, expanded clinic under construction in Waco.
As Director of Marketing, you'll own our brand and lead the entire marketing function — strategy, communications, digital and social, website, public relations, and community awareness — across all of our locations and service lines. You'll lead an in-house marketing team member and manage our outside marketing agency, working directly with executive leadership to grow awareness of our services and providers.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing strategies that support our growth and service-line goals.
- Own brand integrity and consistent messaging across every platform and location.
- Lead digital marketing, website content, and social media strategy and performance.
- Manage online reputation, including Google Business Profiles and review responses.
- Supervise our Marketing Assistant / Clinical Liaison and manage our outside marketing agency and vendors.
- Direct advertising, direct mail, signage, sponsorships, photography, and video.
- Lead marketing for community events and new facility openings, including our new Waco clinic.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Marketing leadership experience (healthcare marketing strongly preferred).
- Experience managing staff and/or outside agencies and vendors.
- Strong digital, web, social, and reputation-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across a multi-site organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Valid Texas driver's license; able to travel within Central Texas.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical coverage — with significantly lower costs at Coryell Health facilities and low employee premiums, plus dental and vision.
- Healthcare and dependent-care FSAs, an employer wellness program with premium credits, life and disability options, supplemental accident/critical illness/hospital indemnity coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and travel assistance.
- Retirement plans and tuition reimbursement to support your growth.
Pay
Competitive salary of $75,000–$100,000 DOE.
