What You’ll Do
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning, and support the firm's long-term business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Performance Analytics: Build reporting frameworks, establish meaningful KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to measure performance, optimize results, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Content and Social Growth: Oversee content strategy, social media initiatives, and audience development efforts that expand reach, deepen engagement, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Event Management: Oversee and expand the firm's live and virtual events, creating memorable experiences that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and business growth.
- Brand Development: Elevate the personal brands of the firm's leaders while identifying new opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, media exposure, and strategic partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior Marketing Leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex marketing functions, developing growth strategies, managing budgets, and driving measurable results across multiple channels and initiatives.
- Agency Background: Experience leading multiple brands or client accounts within an agency environment is highly preferred, bringing a strong foundation in accountability, reporting, strategic planning, and performance management.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in establishing KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Full-Stack Marketing Expertise: Well-rounded marketing leader with experience across paid advertising, content marketing, social media, brand development, events, and audience growth, with the ability to connect these efforts into a cohesive strategy.
- Executive Presence: Strong communicator with the confidence and professionalism to represent the firm publicly, build relationships, and engage effectively with leadership, partners, clients, and community stakeholders.
- Team Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- On-Site Engagement: Thrives in an in-office role where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are integral to success.
