The role involves designing and developing advanced manufacturing solutions for aerospace and automotive industries. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading project development, and ensuring product quality through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop advanced manufacturing solutions for aerospace and automotive industries.
- Lead project development from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to optimize supply chain management and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in advanced manufacturing or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of materials science and metallurgy.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Understanding of ISO and ASME quality standards.

Pay
