Director of Manufacturing

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Achieve financial objectives by preparing and assisting with annual budget process and capital expenditures. Ability to analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Develop and meet manufacturing process goals.
• Monitor and regulate productivity levels.
• Monitor and regulate quality and manufacturing costs through effective management of resources.
• Establish policies and procedures relating to the manufacturing process.
• Participate or lead Strategic Action Plans, Quick Fixes, and Continuous Improvement Teams.
• Provide leadership and training in the development of the culture and employees through collaboration, team building, growth, etc.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Four to six years manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
• Knowledge of AX operating system a plus.

SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

• This position has supervisory responsibilities.
