About the role

The Director of Major Gifts - Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth donors to secure significant gifts and grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain major donors
• Identify potential donors and build relationships through personalized outreach
• Manage donor files and track giving history
• Prepare and present proposals to secure major gifts and grants
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to maximize donor engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
