About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Lube Product Management to lead the operational and business functions that support our lubricants portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for lubricant business support functions, including order management, billing operations, product administration, customer support, and related operational activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and operational standards to support business growth and consistency.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to align priorities and drive business performance.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, process standardization, automation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support new product introductions, vendor programs, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage lubricant inventory accuracy through oversight of physical inventories, cycle count programs, inventory controls, and reconciliations.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and cross-functional projects that support operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, product management, customer service, supply chain, lubricants distribution, or related operational functions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers, supervisors, or large teams.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with operational transformation, business integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and enterprise-level business functions.
