We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting: It's a job description for Director of IT Services. Contains sections: Duration: 12 months to start (maybe schedule? but schedule not given). Position Description (about the role). Scope Of Services (responsibilities). DOM Technology Environment (skills/requirements). Key Duties (responsibilities). Reporting Structure (maybe part of responsibilities). Security And Compliance Requirements (requirements). Required Skills (skills). Also there is "Experience with progressive information technology..." truncated. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from Position Description). Responsibilities (Scope Of Services + Key Duties + Reporting Structure). Requirements (Security And Compliance Requirements + maybe Required Skills? Actually skills separate). Qualifications maybe not explicit. Skills (Required Skills). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none given, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific platforms, duties, etc. We need to be careful not to duplicate lines. Let's extract content. Position Description paragraph(s): "The client administers the state's Medicaid program, providing healthcare coverage to eligible Mississippians. The client Office of Information Technology Management supports the agency's mission through enterprise technology services spanning cloud infrastructure, networking, service desk operations, cybersecurity, application integration, and vendor management. The client is undergoing a significant technology modernization effort that includes migration of enterprise workloads to cloud platforms, implementation of federal interoperability mandates, adoption of cloud-native services, and restructuring of IT service delivery operations. These concurrent transformation initiatives require sustained, senior-level technical leadership to ensure continuity of operations, effective vendor coordination, and successful execution of modernization objectives. Seeking a Director of IT Services to provide executive-level leadership and operational oversight for the client's enterprise IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM) and Delivery Services functions. The contractor shall serve as a key member of the IT leadership team, reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and/or Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of infrastructure operations, cloud services, vendor relationships, service desk operations, and technology modernization initiatives." That's about the role. Scope Of Services: list of functional domains: Enterprise Cloud Services; Network, Voice & Telecommunications; IT Service Desk & End-User Support; Infrastructure & Operations; Cybersecurity Partnership & Compliance; Vendor & Contract Management; and IT Services Management & Governance. Then each domain has detailed responsibilities. We could combine Scope Of Services and Key Duties into Responsibilities. Key Duties list: Manage daily IT infrastructure operations..., Triage, assign, and track service tickets..., Coordinate..., Lead incident response..., Manage vendor relationships..., Review and contribute to Statements of Work..., Conduct interviews..., Develop and update SOPs..., Prepare and deliver weekly status reports..., Manage bi-annual assessment artifact collection... Reporting Structure: contractor shall report directly to CIO/CTO, participate in IT leadership meetings, weekly status report cadence, executive briefings, coordinate regularly with network administration, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, IT procurement, and application development teams. Security And Compliance Requirements: list of requirements: pass background investigation, comply with HIPAA, CMS ARC-AMPE, ITS security policies, complete security awareness training within 30 days and annually, execute NDA, not remove/copy/transmit data without authorization, return property, credentials revoked within one business day. Required Skills: "The successful resource will have five or more years of experience with the following skills: Experience with progressive information technology, including significant experience managing enterprise IT operations and infrastructure. 10+ YearsExperience in leadership or management, including direc" truncated. It seems incomplete. But we have to preserve what's there. It says five or more years of experience with the following skills: Experience with progressive information technology, including significant experience managing enterprise IT operations and infrastructure. 10+ Years Experience in leadership or management, including direc (cut off). We'll keep as is. Also DOM Technology Environment lists platforms: Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms (AWS, Cohesity, VMware, Microsoft Azure/M365), Monitoring, Observability & Security (Dynatrace, Cloudflare, Microsoft Security), Networking & Identity (F5 BIG-IP, Auth0, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory/Entra ID), Applications, Databases & Integration (MarkLogic, GitLab, FHIR APIs, Cloverlea), Collaboration & Service Management (ITS Service Center, Smartsheet, Microsoft SharePoint, Lexmark Cloud Print). This is skills/requirements. We could treat DOM Technology Environment as part of Skills or Requirements. Probably Skills. We need to avoid duplication: The Required Skills section already mentions experience; the DOM Technology Environment lists specific tech. We'll include both under Skills maybe as separate sub-sections? But we only have headings for sections; we can include lists under Skills. We must not invent headings like "Technology". We'll just put under Skills a combined list. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list each duty as
    • . For requirements we can list each requirement as
    • . For skills we can list each skill/tech as
    • . We need to preserve prose where appropriate. Let's structure:

      About the role

      ... (the Position Description paragraph(s) )

Lead infrastructure modernization and technology lifecycle management, including hardware refresh strategies and capacity planning. Establish effective backup, recovery, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities. Manage assessment artifact collection and compliance documentation for infrastructure domains.
      • Cybersecurity Partnership & Compliance: Partner with the CIO/CTO and cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure and services meet state and federal security requirements. Ensure IT operations comply with HIPAA, CMS, and Mississippi ITS security policies. Support implementation of security controls across cloud, network, infrastructure, and endpoint environments. Coordinate with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) and ITS on shared security documentation and architecture standards.
      • Vendor & Contract Management: Provide executive oversight of technology vendors, managed service providers, and cloud partners. • Key Duties: Manage daily IT infrastructure operations, ensuring availability and performance of all enterprise systems and services. Triage, assign, and track service tickets submitted for client cloud, hosting, and network services. Participate in IT leadership meetings, weekly status report cadence, and executive briefings as required. Coordinate regularly with network administration, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, IT procurement, and application development teams.
But note we have duplicated some content: Scope Of Services already covered domains; Key Duties added extra. Might be okay but could be redundant. However we must preserve all substantive information; not summarizing away detail. So we need to include both sets. Could combine but ensure no loss. Maybe better to separate: Responsibilities from Scope Of Services (list each domain) and then another list for Key Duties and Reporting Structure. But we can just have one Responsibilities section with all items; it's okay if some overlap. Now Requirements:

      Requirements

      • Pass a background investigation as required prior to commencing work.
      • Comply with all HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule requirements, including safeguarding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and electronic PHI (ePHI).
      • Comply with CMS Acceptable Risk Controls for Automated Medicaid Program Eligibility (ARC-AMPE) and all applicable federal security requirements.
      • Adhere to ITS security policies, standards, and procedures.
      • Complete all required security awareness training within thirty (30) days of onboarding and annually thereafter.
      • Execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and any additional confidentiality agreements required.
      • Do not remove, copy, or transmit data, documents, or systems information without prior written authorization.
      • Upon termination or completion of the engagement, return all property, credentials, and access shall be revoked within one (1) business day
