Location: Reston, VA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance all aspects of IP operations, including process reviews and compliance management
- Develop quality control measures for patent docketing processes
- Monitor and suggest new resources to improve service delivery in IP practices
- Interface with other departments to implement efficient workflows and collaboration
- Lead the IP systems team, ensuring effective operation and support for IP Services
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of IP experience, including 5+ years at a senior manager level in a professional services or law firm environment
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams across various functions
- Strong project management skills with a track record in operational improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, and relevant firm applications post-orientation
- Ability to handle complex issues and propose effective solutions
