Director of International Hospitality Sales

About the role

Our client operates a portfolio of ultra-exclusive hospitality properties across the US, Italy and France, serving UHNW principals, family offices and corporate accounts. We're hiring a Director of International Hospitality Sales to own sales strategy and relationships across all three markets, playing a pivotal role in driving growth for one of the most exclusive names in private hospitality.

International Sales Strategy

• Own and drive sales strategy across the US, Italy and France
• Identify and develop new UHNW, family office and corporate relationships
• Align sales approach with each market's distinct client base and culture

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW principals and family offices
• Represent our client within key industry circles and high-value networks internationally
• Act as a trusted point of contact for top-tier accounts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with property leadership to align sales strategy with operational capacity
• Feed market insight back into the wider business to inform strategy

Success Metrics

• Achieve agreed revenue and booking targets across all three markets
• Grow UHNW and family office relationships, with strong repeat business
• Maintain full alignment between sales pipeline and property capacity

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in international luxury hospitality sales leadership, ideally within corporate retreat, UHNW or boutique hospitality settings
• Proven track record building relationships with UHNW and family office clientele
• Comfortable operating as a high-autonomy, individually driven senior contributor
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)
• Italian or French language skills a plus, not required

Pay

Base salary $200,000 – $230,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

Based in Marin County, California (hybrid), with regular travel across the US, Italy and France.
