Director of Intake (RN)

At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Responsibilities

• Works closely with the business development team and referral sources.
• Directs the day‑to‑day operations of the Intake Coordination team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
• At least 1 year of hospice experience and two years of nursing experience.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Hospice or home health experience (preferred).

Pay

$90,000‑$100,000 annual salary plus bonus opportunities.
