Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Ensure technology initiatives support operational excellence, customer experience, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
- Establish IT governance, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve accountability, visibility, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize technology investments while improving business processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead the assessment, selection, implementation, and modernization of enterprise applications and business systems.
- Improve enterprise data accessibility by implementing solutions that enable employees to efficiently locate, analyze, and utilize business information.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives with a cloud-first mindset while balancing cost, scalability, and business priorities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external security advisors to strengthen cybersecurity programs, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop a standardized IT integration framework to support ongoing acquisition activity.
- Lead technology due diligence, systems integration, infrastructure consolidation, and application standardization for newly acquired businesses.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of acquired locations while minimizing operational disruption and accelerating business integration.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary IT organization consisting of software developers, infrastructure professionals, technical support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- Coach team members, build organizational capability, and establish succession planning for critical technology roles.
- Manage departmental priorities, budgets, resource allocation, and project execution across multiple initiatives.
Executive & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to executive leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer while partnering closely with the CEO, EVP of Operations, and commercial leadership.
- Translate business strategies and operational requirements into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Communicate technology priorities, investment recommendations, project progress, and business outcomes effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and organizational goals.
