Qualifications
- A hands-on IT leader with strong technical depth, business acumen, and proven experience managing complex enterprise environments, large-scale systems, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Progressive IT leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and enterprise systems
- Experience with ERP systems and large-scale integrations a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Work Environment
- Multi-location organization with some travel required
