Director of HVAC School

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in health, fitness, and entrepreneurship tailored to veterans.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and professionals to enhance student experiences.
• Support the mission-driven goals of UHP through various roles including coaching, health and mental health expertise, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in relevant fields such as health coaching, fitness, business administration, or leadership.
• Experience working with veterans and understanding their unique needs and backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to supporting veterans' success.

Qualifications

• Education in related fields such as exercise science, health coaching, business administration, or similar.
• Relevant certifications in health coaching, fitness, or other related areas.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Pay

Compensation details will be provided upon interview and offer negotiation.

Schedule

Most positions are full-time, in-office at our Bentonville headquarters or on our 800-acre campus in Gentry, AR, about 45 minutes from downtown Bentonville.
