Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Management: Analyze account profitability and optimize sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling value propositions and support RFP responses and contract negotiations.
  • Forecasting & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to project sales performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide coaching and support to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and professional selling capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, with a demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing complex priorities at a strategic level.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in evaluating KPIs and ROI to guide decision-making.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B, outsourcing, and service sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Commercial Real Estate sector.
