Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and other employer/employee relationships.
Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjusts disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs.
Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
Qualifications
- Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3 Years of related healthcare experience required.
- Knowledge
- Familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
- Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required.
- Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $89,180.57 to $129,943.31 on an annualized basis.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
