About the role

The director of HR will be part of the senior leadership team, implementing strategies aligned with organizational goals. They will build a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to departmental staff
• Manages and implements HR strategies
• Advises management to resolve employee issues
• Develops and manages the performance evaluation process and leave of absence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years experience in Human Resources management
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations

• Compensation: $101,000 - 108,000 annual salary (based on a full time, 40 hour work week)
