About the role

The Director of Human Resources acts as the senior staff coordinator with OHFA, assessing strategic and organizational development needs of operating and business offices. This role manages HR programs and oversees HR staff in developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks. The Director serves in a fiduciary relationship to the Executive Director, overseeing all HR operations of OHFA.

This position is based at OHFA's offices located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Responsibilities

  • Assess strategic and organizational development needs of operating and business offices.
  • Manage HR programs and oversee HR staff in developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks.
  • Act in a fiduciary capacity to the Executive Director, overseeing HR operations of OHFA.

Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate how they meet the following preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; AND 5 years' experience in Human Resources; AND 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
  • OR 7 years' experience in Human Resources; AND 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
