This role offers approximately 20 hours per week (around 4 hours per day) and is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on in a close-knit environment. Reporting directly to the Principal, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Director is a key member of the School Senior Leadership Team. The role is also supported by Nord Anglia Education's experienced US Shared Services Team, providing expertise and assistance in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, providing practical and strategic HR guidance to support school priorities, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Embraces and champions NAISNY and Nord Anglia Education's vision, values, culture, and people practices, leading by example and fostering a positive employee experience.
• Coaches and supports managers on all aspects of people leadership, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance.
