The Director of Human Resources will lead the organization through a period of significant expansion, focusing on talent, systems, and infrastructure to support growth.

About the role

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and executives.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR programs that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits design and administration.
  • Knowledge of HR technology and software tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive career success in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Experience in a B2C consumer business setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
