- Ability to develop and implement HR programs that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Experience in compensation and benefits design and administration.
- Knowledge of HR technology and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive career success in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in a B2C consumer business setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
