This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a life sciences environment.

Location: Rohnert Park, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Support both non-exempt and exempt employees
  • Drive initiatives for organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR team to implement best practices
  • Develop strategies to promote a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement and inclusion
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with laws and ethical HR standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 8-10 years progressive HR experience as a business partner/generalist, with 3+ years supporting Sales and Commercial functions
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Experience in Change Management and managing employee relations matters

Pay

$220,000 – $270,000 annually
